Please be very cautious using this company. Not only does Bob the agent smoke in his office right before you meet with him, he also had our address wrong, didn't file all of the information which caused a huge delay/amendment, told us he would hold the check until we received our refund and yet deposited it before we received the refund and didn't understand what telecommuting was and called it telecommunicating.
