In response to Ms. Colbert's comment, when she called and was very direct and demanded that we make an arrangement for the price listed on our website which the wire service discounted $10 without our approval. I was trying to explain to her about our website that we don't control the pricing of the arrangements of this particular wire service. I told her on holidays that the prices of arrangements can vary from what the wire service posts on the page and can be more depending on how many flowers are in the 3 different versions they display. She wanted to get into an argument and I just plainly said ma'am you might want to try another florist that can fill your order for that price because we can't at that price on a holiday and she was rude and said I will do just that and hung up. We strive very hard to give our customers the best quality and amount for their money, actually we always give a lot more than most florists. If you are ordering from our florist, please be courteous on a holiday because we are trying our best to make sure all our customers have the best floral experience and please don't demand we make something for a certain price that we are unable to do. Like a typical guy, I waited till the last minute to send my girlfriend flowers for her birthday. The owner saved the day by making a beautiful arrangement and even delivering it for me. I would definitely recommend this florist and will continue to use them in the future.
This really surprised me because I have went in here in person before and the man that was working that day seemed so nice. He was the reason I gave 2 instead of 1 because he was nice to me that day in the store. This must have been a different man because when I called over the phone to order an arrangement for a funeral and the man who answered was very rude and short with me. I said I'm looking to order an arrangement for a funeral. He said Well what do you want?! And I said Sir I wanted to know what your prices were first, I'm on a budget. He started rambling them off then he said I mean, What is it your looking for exactly?! I told him just nevermind and have a great day. I would never give a business my money that acted like I was bothering them by asking about arrangements. If you can be kind to customers in person, you can be kind to them over the phone, they both are giving you their money. However I did call Kimberlee's and had a completely different experience, they were very kind and understanding and worked with my budget.
I live in Montgomery and used the internet to search for an arrangement for a funeral. A Simply Southern Florist had the best prices and designs on the web. The man taking my order was friendly and seem to know just what I wanted for my arrangement. I wanted silk flowers but was afraid they would look fake. The arrangement was spectacular! The flowers look real and just beautiful. I am so very pleased that I used this florist. Thank you so very much.
