He spent a lot of time talking with me, but wasn't very friendly, or interested in taking my case.

After 2 meetings, he told us we had a case and would get back to us in a week. Two weeks later no word, we called and was told he would call us. Another month of weekly check-ins went by and nothing. We finally gave up after not being afforded the courtesy of a simple call back. P.S. if you pay him by the hour, be careful. He likes to go on longwinded stories about nothing that even pertains to why you are there.
