First, love the pizza and the quality. The food isn't the issue. I understand Christmas Eve is one of the busiest times, but I need the employees to get it together. It took 40 minutes to get two pizzas. If you're going to stop taking orders, you should let the patrons know. That way you don't have people waiting for no reason. Last but not least, I need your employees to respond when someone says "Thank you, have a goodnight and Merry Christmas", to respond with something instead of getting a blank stare and go back to her phone to type away.

People always knock Little Cesar's pizza, but we love it. Always hot and always fresh. The problem is that people expect fancy Italian style pizza with a little ceasar price. If you want good, hot, fresh basic pizza at a good price, this is the place.
