custumer service over the phone is horrible, they kept forwarding my call to different department no one could check if the item i purchase online was available for pick-up. WAS ON HOLD FOR LIKE 30 MIN SAME DAM LADY KEPT AWSWERING AND FORWARDING MY CALL. WHAT do they pay ya for?? i would fire or re-train who ever they got answer the phone. lack of service.
Most of the personnel here are wonderful but they are often understaffed and seriously need a drive through.
