John Campbell was understanding, pleasant and paid close attention to me from the time the Nurse came out and helped to get me from the car until the minute she helped back in the car.
Okay so I've been to Ivy Creek twice before this and had a great experience buuuutttt today not so much. I've been feeling very light headed and have had black out spells. This isn't normal for me. I do have high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes so I'm thinking it might have something to do with either but this has been going on for the past few days and I thought I might just have it checked out just incase. We'll today I went and when I was called back there was 2 nurses waiting on me when they called me back to be triage. The one nurse asked me what brought me in today and as I was describing to her my symptoms she just cuts me off to ask another question and then I would answer it and try to explain for her to cut me off agian. We'll I decided to just shut up and they put me back in a room. Well I waited for a bit and the Dr never came in but the more I thought about it I decided to get up and leave. I already don't feel right and then to just not listen or care about what I'm saying is wrong was enough for me to safely say I won't be back.
Keep it up! Enterprise needed you!
Really great people fast service
Never been to this town before. Went to afc & at least an hour wait. Looked up others in area & found this. Simple problem. I am very impatient so hate to wait. People all seem very nice. Nice facility. Other urgents bill as primary & this one does not so cost me more copay. Only reason not a 5 star. Update. Billing was messed up. They billed me even more. Called ins.co. who called them & they fixed it. Watch them though.
I have been there twice in the past year. Clean, excellent care and professionalism.
Also offers convenience of Bryan Pharmacy next door. I can see this office giving the few other Urgent Care Offices a run for their money.
I was injured in Montgomery on 6/15 in Montgomery but could not make it back home to Enterprise until after normal "Business Hours". Being aware that even if I had went to the ER I knew that it would lead up to a follow up with Orthopedics. The only difference is Medical Center Enterprise can get you in directly and there is a direct set up to share X-rays, images, reports, etc... being on a fixed income I decided to by-pass the expensive ER visit and opted to visit Ivy Creek Urgent Care.
Clean facility, great service and precious staff members. Highly recommend this Urgent Care Facility to everyone. This is not my first time using this facility. I have been here with my Son and Daughter. Always, prompt, courteous and compassionate office staff, techs, nurses, Dr's and Billing.
