Absolutely ridiculous. Took time off work to stop by and pick up package (extremely time sensitive item) after mailman put a slip in my mailbox saying he couldn't deliver my package while I watched him drive by and not even attempt to place on porch. From there the post office declared they don't have my package. Took time off work the following day to go pick up package. Low and behold my package is strangely missing...again. If I had the authority to shut this place down I would in a heartbeat. At the minimum reimburse me for the time I have taken off work to pick up my package I have already paid for and rightfully own. Workers offer no solutions to problem merely state problems and shrug their shoulders. Use FedEx, ups, anyone else.
Quick moving lines with fast, efficient service. Staff is very courteous and they make shipping materials readily accessible to you before you get to the counter. Also, they are open half a day Saturday.
Wow a female worker here is incredibly rude and unprofessional! Rolling her eyes and speaking with an attitude talking to you like if she's in the hood or something. She wants things done her way, if you question she will give you an attitude!
They took the time to search out a package that was lost and were very courteous during the entire process!
Horrible , Horribe service. It first started with my package being delivered to a different apartment complex. I called the post office and as soon as I got in touch with someone she started off very rude on the phone with me. Y'all need to do better. Stop slacking and do your job correctly or find something else that you enjoy doing.
