We stop at this Arby's each trip South. Everytime we do it's a pretty long wait however this trip was 30 minutes. One of the ladies in there working kept loudly blaming the guy who was running the register for everything wrong though he looked to be the only one working his tail off. Shortly after she began blaming him she dropped our order in the fryer and left it to burn so our wait was even longer! The chicken sandwich we ordered was hard as a rock could not eat it... the guy in the back kept stopping and cutting hateful eyes at the same employee. As we were finally leaving she made a loud comment that he should take "his a** home" ... Again he was the only one working. Never go here!
When you train your new employees please train completely. Thanks for fixing my order also
Meat Mountain was good. Got my sons order wrong. Also got my mother's order wrong.
Great fast food joint. Good food at affordable prices. If you like meat, you'll like Arby's. The only thing they could work on would be getting their cashiers to be a little more cheerful. I mean, I know working fast food isn't the greatest job in the world, but you should at least act like you like it and be welcoming to customers.
The food is really good here for a super duper cheap price; however their cherry turnover was really cold and hard. It felt as though it had been sitting on the shelf over night. The staff are friendly and patient.
