The service department is outstanding. I have a 2014 GMC Sierra Z71 that I bought new at Action in Dothan but I have had most of the services done at this dealership in Enterprise. I have always dealt with Frank and he has never tried to up-sell me on a service that wasn’t needed. I have really enjoyed my truck but I recently had a major issue. On my way to work one morning my truck had total A/C compressor failure. My compressor locked up and was destroyed along with my belt. My truck was no longer under the 36,000 mile factory warranty because I now had 51,000 miles on it. I read online that this cost anywhere from 1200 and up to be repaired. I was super upset that I would have such a major issue like this on a truck that’s only a few years old and with this low of mileage. I did not buy an extended warranty when I purchased the truck so technically it was on me to pay the repair bill. I contacted Frank in the service department and he had me bring it in the next morning. It was fixed by lunchtime and Frank assisted me in getting GM to pay for most of the repair. I did pay some out of pocket but they covered most of the costs. I could not believe that they took care of me like this. Thanks Frank, Action GMC, and GM for standing behind your product and taking care of your customers!

The service was exceptional. They took care of me like I was family. No need to look any further for someone to repair my vehicle in the future. Action GM of Enterprise is the only place I and my family will shop for a new vehicle, and the only place I will take my vehicles for Repairs!!!!!
Best experience I have ever had buying a car. I am 60 years old and have purchased a few vehicles in my life and truly was the best. No pressure sales,did exactly as promised front the salesman Kerry Saxon the sales manager Rex(I believe) and the finance officer ( can’t remember her name) Sorry
I have bought my last 2 cars from them. They didn't have what I wanted last time and went out of town to find and get it for me. Mr Donnie is awesome. Only honest car salesman I've ever met.
