Fantastic dealership and great experience with Chris Carroll - from start to finish! I told him what I was looking for and he made it happen with a solid, painless deal. From our first phone call, all the way through finance, it was too easy! The van was in great condition and he even washed it before we got there and filled it up when we left. I cant recommend this dealership enough! This is our second Kia and we love the brand!

The establishment looks great, service department is excellent, sales department is horrible. I was getting my Kia serviced and a sports car on the lot caught my eye. I asked a sales lady what the payments would be (just a rough estimate) and she insisted that I give her some info to run a "soft hit" credit check to give me a more accurate number. I was told it would not affect my credit. After it was all said and done, I was bullied and pressured to follow through and buy the car (that I didn't want in the first place). I didn't buy the car but for the next 2 months I received approval letters from over 20 lenders and had a total of 16 hits on my credit report! Very disgusted.
