Great place to have work done on your car very friendly staff and they make sure you are happy with what is being done the whole time and they are very helpful a greatly priced ,I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
We purchased the car used.
I took my daughter's 2005 VW Beetle convertible for a list of what I thought was minor repairs. Prior to dropping the car off I first called to make sure they could do the repairs.
Outstanding service with lovely, clean facilities. Nice people who will work with you.
The key less entry has never worked. I told them I thought it needed programming. While they are "working" on the car they said they were changing the batteries in the key. I explained I did that the day after we purchased the car. Well it has to be programmed by VW we can't do that.
The next problem was the convertible top has never went all of the way down. They claim it was cables and bushings. They do that either it has to go to VW
The main reason for taking the car was the airbag light remains on. In researching the problem I had learned the problem was normally a sensor in the seat belt. I told them this. Well they claim to have run a diagnostic test and what do ya know its in the seat belt. Wanna know something else not only did they suggest I take the car to VW they actually suggested to save money I should go to the scrap yard get the part and they could install that. They charged me $80.00 to fix absolutely nothing and was very rude when I disagreed. The $80 was for the diagnostic test that they may or may not have conducted. Avoid this place at all cost!!
