They'll hassle you to fix everything but what you brought it in for then they'll mess up the only thing you needed fixed.
Took my truck in for alignment, had all new control arms and Hardware, two of the cam eccentrics were turned upside down, they wanted to charge me $50 just to turn them over. It's a simple bolt removal and on top of that they kept my truck for half the day and I had to go by and find out about it, they wouldn't call me. Save your money save your time go somewhere else.
I needed a simple oil change for my car, and made 2 separate appointments at the Enterprise, Alabama location. Both times, I arrived for my appointment only to be told that no one would be able to "fit me in". Annoyed, I called Jim Whaley tires, and they were able to change my oil on the spot, no appointment required. I will not be using Firestones services in the future, in fact, I advise against it.

Second time they rotate tires and forget to replace expensive valve extenders on wheels. Beware!!
