Considering the quality of this car wash, even $6 for the basic package is extremely overpriced. I would advise spending your money elsewhere.
Employee was extremely rude when I told him the card reader didn't work and refused to help me. Had to back up with a car behind me because he wouldn't help me.
My vehicle was dusted in the typical spring time pollen and in need of a wash. I chose the $9 package which contained your basics, and expected that to work out just fine. Upon inspection of my car, I found multiple streaks of pollen and easily accessible spots that the car wash didn't even reach.
Overpriced and awful.
Terrible wash job (middle package), vacuums wouldn't pick up anything, poorly maintained facility, only one pull through open and kiosks down...had to give attendant my card to go inside.
Do not spend your hard earned money!! The car wash is great the young guy that works it is a total jerk. Never I mean never have I encountered such a rude person at a business establishment. Dark hair early 20's boy needs to find a new job that he doesn't deal with the public. This business will go under if they can't hire decent employees.
1 Star only because it wouldn’t let me give ZERO! Absolute worst car wash in Dothan, AL. Paid $12 to not have car cleaned, went back, they say go through again. Did that, still dirty. At this point the manager says there is nothing they can do, I should have washed my car off with the bug wash first. Wait....wash my car off with bug wash(soap and water) then pay $12 for an “Ultimate@ car wash!!!! Absolute joke. Do not waste your money!
