Got the best deal for our trade being that we had to get out of a two door vehicle and upgrade to something bigger. They really took care of us. Highly recommend!!!

I purchased a used vehicle from this Honda dealership this month. I found each person that I interacted with very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I drove from Anderson, South Carolina to trade in my 05 Honda Odyssey and buy a beautiful newer used vehicle from them. We've purchased 2 brand new cars from Sam Boswell Honda since 2015. The sales department was good (both the salesmen I dealt with were excellent) but not the service department. On two separate occasions I took my wife's Pilot in for service, once with a scheduled appointment. Both times it sat in the spot where I parked it for hours before they took it into the garage. In the end nothing was solved. This happened when the car was only a few months old. Then we took it to the Honda dealer in Ft Walton FL while we were on vacation. They were superior!!! The service tech was familiar with the problem and had the part in stock the next day. We were in and out in a few hours; problem solved. It's inconvenient to drive 2+hours but we take my wife's car to Ft Walton for service now.
Sam Boswell Honda isn't horrible but my experience makes me question these 4 and 5 star reviews. We won't buy any more cars from them.
