I have been a patient for over a year. I always have a great experience. I took my stepdaughter (6) and son (3) here for their 1st appointments and they were great! My son is adhd and has a developmental delay. She took her time and was very patient with my son and was so sweet. She took the time to talk to him and help calm him down when he began to get upset. I couldn't be happier with our experience. AMAZING!
This review is based solely of the receptionist who answered the phone. Extremely rude, condescending, unhelpful & wouldn't give me all the information. I strongly suggest to get people on the phones who actually enjoy being friendly. She was so utterly rude that I would never use the dentist who could be a wonderful person. Very disappointing.
