Had an appt at 5pm for 5 people with them and they got four of us in then started working on 2 different walk ins. Made me very mad as these appts were for my wedding party and I. I will never use them again.

The girl couldn't finish my pedicure for looking back at the t.v. felt awful, didn't keep a steady massage, bad polish job, didn't do all the steps. It was terrible
