So professional and friendly! The whole staff! I am so happy I found this place.
I really wish the front desk knew what they were doing. This is the second time something mysteriously happened to my appointment. The first time they had me down 45 min later than the appointment time I had scheduled. The second time they couldn't find my appointment at all. I was told they could find a place for me in 45 min. I waited 20 minutes just to be told that the stylist was running late and they now didn't have anything available for another 3 hours. I had two kids and a babysitter waiting for me at home. They wasted my time and screwed me out of a hair cut without so much as an apology.
I usually love this place, with the last visit the exception. My 14 year old was getting a massage and the masseuse asked if she would like the hot towels, not knowing it cost extra. Of course, she says yes. I come to pick her up, and they tell me I have to pay an extra $27 for it. The girl at the desk was very nice, but I will never use that masseuse again. I feel they took advantage of my child.
It was amazing. I did have a hard time getting an appointment but it was worth it. I got a massage and it was great. I love this place now!
Leah the nail tech is always very gentle with my hands and feet she is the best manicurist I've had
