Maryanne helped us out in the light bulb section and while they didn't have what we were looking for, she was so knowledgeable and so helpful. Her helpfulness made the entire trip worth it.
The staff really don't want to be bothered!! They will watch you load up plywood and 16 foot 6x6 posts then ask if I found everything I needed! Really!! Then go to check out at the register, 3 of us in line waiting, I had been waiting for about 5-10 minutes, then the contractor register finally opened up ( there were 6 employees just standing around B.S in) instead of saying next in line to check out ,they waited on a different customer!! Not a contractor but just a regular guy. I wish a Home Depot would open up in Enterprise,Al then maybe they w treat people better!! I would have only gave a 1/2 star rating!!!
I bought a dishwasher, washer and dryer from this Lowes last year and my dishwasher broke about 3 months ago. We have had the run around this whole time. The same as repair guy has come out to try to repair it with all new parts. Still does not work. We now are waiting for the GE repairman to come and do it all over again. Will never buy from this Lowes again—-terrible customer service.
The Manger Larry is a bit of a pill on days. But staff is for the most part helpful and knowledgeable. JR is very knowledgeable and actually can guide you in your purchase.
Never had a bad experience here with customer service but it isn't 5 stars worthy either. They do keep the place clean and organized.
