This is the place to shop. Very friendly staff and a well stocked store.
It's stores likes this one that is the reason Sears corporation is going out of business. Uneducated employees that know nothing about what their selling, overpriced and do not follow the Sears policies. I don't look for them to be open much longer, which is a shame because this is the on my place local i could get Craftsman tools, but I would rather drive an hour or order them online then give these people another dime of my money.
Sears in Enterprise lost a sale today was going to buy a dish washer .But when the gentleman that was helping us left and then stayed on the phone with a customer and left us hanging for a long time, we decided he didn't want our business, so went else where and bought a dish washer .also the wrong tag was on the the dishwasher we were looking at
Pleasantly surprised one that Sears is still open in Enterprise and two that the employees were helpful and the tool kit I wanted was in stock and three it was cheaper than a comprable kit at harbor freight.
