I have no idea how this lady even has a job if this is the way she treats her clients. At no point did she act interested in what was going on, and she certainly didn’t know anything about what she was doing. Overall, the whole experience seemed incredibly unprofessional and unplanned. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
After viewing both homes and being thoroughly unimpressed, we asked her if there were any other homes in the area that were similar and available. Once again, she unapologetically told us she had no idea and didn’t even offer to look into it for us.
Over the years, my family and I have moved from neighborhood to neighborhood. Sometimes it was happy and sometimes not so much. The one thing I could always count on to make any move, buy, or sale easier, less complicated, and efficient was Becky Hancock. While Becky is not native born, she is a native. Becky has consistently emotionally invested in this community and financially invested the business life of this community. I cannot truly convey how valuable her advice and counsel have been.
My husband and I had the worst rental experience ever with this company. We wanted to tour two homes and met up with Kevena at the office to do so. Our first impression of her was that she didn’t give a s**t about us or her job. She barely introduced herself and didn’t make eye contact with either of us. She had us follow her in our car from the office to the homes. We had already driven by the homes the day before, so we knew pretty much where we were. She led us about ten minutes in the wrong direction, and we followed because we thought maybe she was just taking us there by the back roads. Then we backtracked the whole way back to the houses, and I had to speed to keep up with her.
Good people. Great property manager. Highly recommend them
If there is one thing I can tell you about the real estate market in Enterprise, it is to call Becky Hancock. She will serve your interests and do everything in her power to make your dreams come true.
When we got to the houses, we asked her questions about each one and every time, we got the same “uh I don’t know, never seen this house before” type of response. She didn’t even try to fake it.
Awful Awful Awful.... 1 star cause I can’t put negativie. I unfortunately had to rent 2 twice with them. Just warning everyone that when u put a deposit down with them don’t expect to get it back. Actually except to owe them more money. They are the worst company to work with. When moving out they give you a list of cleaners to use that will charge u outrageous prices. For a full clean. But here is the kicker. Even tho they are doing a “full clean”. Becky Hancock will still use ur deposit to pay other cleaners to come in later. We moved out of our last place a month ago. Only lived there 5 MONTHS.. and kept it nice with no damages. And when they did the final inspection they told us that the house was good and we should get back most of the deposit. Nopeeeee. We just received notice from them that we owe the $400 on top of them taking our deposit for “damages”. Lol. Even tho the pictures we took with them show no damage. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and I pray you read these comments before dealing with them. Because unfortunately we saw the reviews too late. Please beware.
Belinda should not be a property manager at ANY real estate office. She is on a 24/7 power trip and sucks at her job. She is evil and repulsive
