When buying my Home I dealt with Chris Senn. When I first met him I was looking to rent. He took the time to not only show me the home I was originally there to look at but he also took time out to discuss all my options since I was active duty. Chris did absolutely everything knowing it was first time buying and knowing that I knew nothing about buying a home. This allowed my family and me to spend out time vacationing instead of doing the leg work on getting the home I wanted. He showed me over 5 homes and when the waiting game came, he said go on vacation, I'll call and email you. One month later I drive to the office, did paperwork, and got the keys that day. In my excitement I locked myself out of the home and he took the time to leave work, go get the extra key from my wife who was shopping, and bring it to me 3 miles away. I can't say enough about Chris and his team, thank you is not enough.

The second time I've attempted to do business with them and they've blown me off. The individual behind the desk basically said what she could to get me out of the door both times. No offer for a viewing, no information about the property, just "well when you've decided on a specific property in mind just hit us up." I *don't* have a specific property in mind, that's why I went to a realtor! I assumed by the other reviews you typically wait until you have your client's money before ignoring them, but I guess the process was expedited.

For property management, they kept me abreast of any issues with my home and they were very responsive to any of my requests. I then decided to put my home up for sale and they did an awesome job getting my home sold in this rough market. Did all of this with ease from Germany!
