Worst place ever. My hair is a mess because of this place. The lady didn't even cut it the way I wanted it. Also. She had to sit down the flat iron my hair and it was poofy. She said "it has a natural poof so I can't flat iron it." My hair does not have a natural poof. She was just too lazy to flat iron it the way it's supposed to be. Worst experience of my life. Never returning and I do not recommend at all.
It's hard to find someone that I trust to cut my hair, however, I have found two people that are wonderful here. Andrea and Erica are absolutely the best!!! My hubby's hair is extremely difficult to get right and from the first time he sat in Andrea's chair she did it perfectly. I couldn't ask for any better. If they were to ever open their own salon, we would definitely follow and recommend these two wonderful women!!
Like many businesses in the area "closes at 8pm" actually means "closes at 7:30."
Worst place ever! The employees take their time on talking on their phones and having personal conversations while the waiting room is full. I'm usually a patient person but this was ridiculous . They really need to work on their customer service skills & time As well.
