I actually love Dominos pizza. I haven't ordered in a while and since I was driving by tonight decided to pick something up. Ordered online and went to pick up my pizza. I arrived, paid, and sat to wait. My dominos tracker showed my pizza was ready, still waiting. The girl working the counter avoided coming to tell me they couldn't find my pizza although it was made. She starts asking for someone to remake it, another few minutes goes by and no one has started it. After sitting at the store for nearly 20 minutes and my order still isn't even made I asked for a refund and left. Slow service, would've appreciated someone telling me my order had gotten lost, but instead had to flag someone down for a refund. Most likely the last time I go to dominos for a while, extremely poor customer service.
Their prices are unbeatable, their service is lightning fast, and their pizza is ALWAYS made to perfection. We do not eat pizza from anywhere else. Thanks for being such an awesome Dominos!
