NEW OWNERSHIP. I just wanted to drop in and let everyone who has had a bad experience at JJ in Enterprise to know that I purchased this store on Oct 1. We parted ways with all but 2 employees from the previous ownership. I currently own the Jimmy John's in Dothan as well and please rest assured that we will fix the issues that this location has had. Customer service is at the forefront of what we do. I am there personally daily and if you see something that I need to look into or have any problem at all, I would ask that you reach out to me and I will be on it very fast. I love JJ. Have had it all over fla Ga and Ala. The enterprise location is very poorly managed and operated. Tonight they made sandwich wrong i always request no onions im allergic. Sandwich came with onions. I asked girl who brought to table about a simple napkin she said they are over there and left ? I get up walk over looking for napkin cant find so i ask she says they are behind counter il give you one ? Oh ok duh ! I open sandwich full of onions i take to counter she says il see what to do and she walks outvfront door ! wTH is going on here. She comes back in and says i have to make a new one again DUH! ! She says give me a few minutes !! There is noy one single other customer in store but ah shes eating yes eating and drinking behind counter im not sure thats allowed. Anyway new sandwich comes its fine. When i was leaving outside i see two employees sitting on curb on cell phones i ask what the manager name. Lady on phone says im the manager aha i say perhaps you should go manage as she had been out sitting on curb my entire visit about 40 minutes. Make sense why this store is so bad.

I needed a party platter for 15 people by 10:30am. I ordered online around 8am and was walking out of Jimmy John's at 10:15 with a beautiful tray of delicious sandwiches! The staff was friendly, helpful, and fast!
Went in for luck today with friends. Ordered three sandwich combos. Started eating potato chips. Fifteen minutes later no sandwiches. It was not busy. Checked on order and no record of it. They agreed to make our order which took five more minutes. Weird. Minus the sweet and unsweetened tea. Both were very weak. I left very disappointed. I won't be back here to eat. I'd give the place no stars but I can't.

They make the best sandwiches in the city of Enterprise Alabama. They see my truck drive up and have the sandwich made before I can get out and get to the counter. That is what you call fast. Of course I am a regular customer there. I am very impressed with that!
