I would recommend Madison Park Apartments to anybody looking for a great place to live. The location is great, and the onsite staff is wonderful. The property managers will bend over backwards to help with any issues and the maintenance is very quick to fix any problems that arise. The price is very fair for all the layouts that they offer. My overall experience is very good. I highly recommend.
PLEASE STAY AWAY!! I rented one of there townhouses from them for less then a yr. I have no kids and single. They charged me 900 dollars to replace carpet, blinds,etc. that was not new when I moved in smh.
As a three year occupant at Madison park apartments I will say my stay was pleasant. The staff was very user friendly (Kathy and Carrie) and they always addressed my concerns immediately. The office hours were very good and I liked that I could have my mail delivered to the front office when I was not home and it remained secure until I had time to pick it up (#I'mashopaholic). The grounds always looked well kept. I enjoyed living there even though I prefer detached homes over apartments. My rent was very affordable for a 3 bedroom apartment and rarely is cable included for free so that was another plus. The apartment was more spacious than the townhomes located nearby. All in all I would definitely recommend Madison Park Apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home.
This place seemed really nice when I first moved in. I'm in the military and quickly realized they price them selves just below BAH but you have to go get internet which you can't bundle because it had to be completely separate from the cable. Had issues with the owner personally about what can and can't be thrown in the dumpster, if it's something deemed not worthy of their dumpster your told to take over to the construction site dumpster. The pool is closed regularly due to worms, algae growth, or just plain nastiness. Their "gym" is not even usable with the equipment they have not working properly. The quarterly inspections for the AC filter result in harassing remarks about how you setup your personal space you rent from them for close to $800 a month. They had someone walking into people's units and stealing, my unit was walked into more than once while I was home, fortunately the guy ran when confronted but the office didn't care. They said call the officer who lives in the other apartments, he never came by for a statement or returned the call. Overall this place is horrible, the staff and ownership are rude and have a superiority complex, don't care about their tenants, and want to squeeze every some out of you they can get. DON'T RENT HERE! TELL ANYONE YOU KNOW TO STAY AWAY!
This place is terrible. They have a greedy routine of taking outbound tenants for everything they can. When it comes time to move out they will try to get an extra couple weeks of rent from you (whatever is the difference between the 30 days they make you pay after showing orders to them and the day you actually leave for your next duty station/residence) They also tried to charge us 1100 to replace the carpet in the apartment due to some spots that were only visible with a blacklight that they use. When they presented a receipt to prove that the carpet was new upon move in, the receipt showed that it cost them 300$ to replace the carpet. Again just a gross attempt at lining their own pockets. We had to get Rucker housing involved and they quickly backed off on their charges. That alone shows you that their strategy is to see who pays whatever they ask and doesn't ask any questions. It actually makes me sad to think of all the soldiers who have probably done just that. JUST STAY AWAY AND RENT FROM A PRIVATE OWNER! Good luck
